Villa Santamaria - Escorpion 123
The house lies on a South hillside property. It can be reached easily over an asphalted private street. To the beach, the distance is approximately 500 m; on the bach there are two restaurants, showers and toilets. To the facilities of Santa Maria de Llorell (tennis courts, supermarket, reservoir with big fish, ducks, children's playground,...) there is approximately 500m walk.
The child bedroom with 4 beds and a shower bath is in the middle level. The parents rooms have a small roof terrace with absolute view protection and gaze to the sea. In the ground floor, you will find the kitchen with gas-range, microwave, refrigerator, electro coffee machine, dishwasher; beside the kitchen, in a small room, there is a washing machine and the boiler to heat water; the living room with open chimney and dining room. In the house there is a CD Player and television with satellite connection.
From the living room, a door leads to the roofed terrace with barbecue. Glass doors lead from the dining room and from the living room to the garden and to the private pool.
In the garden there is a studio for two people with bathroom.

The house lies on a South hillside property. It can be reached easily over an asphalted private street. The house has a living area of more than 140 m². The property with old timber has a size of over 500 m². In the garden, there are lemons and palms. It is cosy and equipped with radiators to heat in winter period. The electric tension is 220 V. Hot water is generated through an electric boiler in a closet.
In the first floor, there are 2 bedrooms with 2 beds large beds each, a bath with tub, toilet and bidet. The child bedroom with 4 beds and a shower bath is in the middle level. Villa Frente al Mar - Urano 5
This villa has been recently refurnished. The house is oriented towards the south and oversees the bay of Santa Maria, which provides lots of sun light and grants a good temperature all year around. From the house, you have beautiful views from either the bedrooms, the living room or the terrace, both on the sea and the surrounding pine trees forest, which is the green belt of the Estate. This grants also few neighbours and lots of peaceful rest.

The Casa Montemar villa is located calle Urano, 6B in Santa Maria de Llorell Estate, belonging to the Tossa de Mar municipality. This house is built on a 1000 sqm on the slope of a hill that descends slowly towards the sea and beach. The views are gorgeous.
The villa has a nice garden and a large sunny terrace where one can take sun baths in a prívate manner and have family meals while enjoying good weather and nice temperatures.
The distance to the beach is around 100 meters. There is a parking area close to the beach. This villa is very cosy and comfortable and is furnished to host up to 8 people.
The house distribution is the following:

On the ground floor : a full bathroom with washing machine; a large living room furnished with armchairs and sofa, TV set, satellite receiver, TDR and DVD; large dining room with American style kitchen fully equipped including dishwasher. You can access the terrace from both the dinning room and the living room thru high bay windows. All doors and windows are protected with gratings.
